Welcome to
Bob McCulloch's
website.
I've been
coaching and
facilitating management in
strategic change for over 30 years.
I work with both intact and multi-disciplinary
management teams to articulate,
launch, and
execute their
strategic choices more powerfully.
I operate on the basis
that the knowledge and
will to bring a
strategy from concept to reality lies largely within
the organization. My role as an external resource is to
tease out the knowledge of the participants in group
sessions, help to synthesize that knowledge into a
rational set of conclusions and decisions, and provide an
environment in which the key stakeholders can develop
their ownership of, and commitment to those
choices.
To ensure the
quality of the end
result, I select a few rigorous
frameworks that help the participants assert
what they know to produce compelling and powerful
statements of direction
and action.
I ensure that both the participants in
the exercise and the consultant are
well prepared, leading in turn to a greater
level of participation
in, and
commitment to the
results of the exercise.
I then bring out
the best individual and collective thinking
to formulate the most workable strategy the assembled
team is tasked to create. The end result is a focused
action plan that converts the strategy to reality.
